Goldilocks Biscocho 9oz

A light and crunchy twice-baked bread (Biscocho) with a sweet buttery taste in every bite. Biscocho is the Philippine version of Biscotti, the term was derived from the word Biscotti which is a plural form of the word biscotto. The word originates from the the Latin word biscoctus, meaning "twice-cooked." They are oven baked goods that were baked twice, so they were very dry and could be stored for long periods of time.
